I can’t believe I’m saying this but I probably WILL take the day off for GTA VI
Listen, I know what you’re thinking: yeah, you dummy, of course GTA 6 is looking freaking amazing.
Well hold up, I KNOW it is, it looks good! But I’ve not really been a GTA kind of gamer, mostly because the games require unspeakable amounts of time and dedication that I just don’t really have. My big time sinks are usually RPGs, so adding an open world behemoth into the mix is like oil and water, man.
But these trailers. These first looks and previews and interviews… they’re turning me. Check that, they’ve TURNED me. The cars are sick, the environment is massive, the NPCs all have lives and hobbies.
And then this final trailer, the launch trailer released today by Rockstar Games, puts a cherry on top.
I’m comfortable in admitting it: I’m going to buy GTA 6.
